Answers to the most common questions about ordering, purity verification, shipping, and compliance.
Section 01
Ordering & Payment
How do I order from Aussie Peptide?
Browse the Shop, add your chosen compounds to cart, and complete checkout. Orders are confirmed by email once payment is received, and dispatched from our Australian warehouse.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayID and direct bank transfer. Orders are processed once payment has cleared, which is typically same-day for PayID and 1 business day for bank transfer.
Is there a minimum order value?
A minimum order of $150 AUD applies for PayID and bank transfer payments. There is no minimum for browsing or building a cart — the minimum applies at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after payment?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If it hasn't yet been dispatched, we can usually amend or cancel it. Once dispatched, our standard Returns & Refunds policy applies.
Section 02
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Australia. Standard Australia Post shipping typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. We do not ship internationally.
Do you offer same business day dispatch?
Yes. Orders placed and paid before 12:00pm AEST/AEDT on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that cut-off are dispatched the following business day.
Is shipping discreet?
Yes, all orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to the contents on the outside of the parcel.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free standard post applies to orders over $250 AUD. Orders under this threshold incur a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order is dispatched. You can also check status anytime on our Track Order page.
Section 03
Purity & Certificates of Analysis
How is purity verified?
Every batch is independently tested by an accredited third-party laboratory using HPLC and mass spectrometry, confirming ≥99% purity before the batch is released for sale.
Where can I view a Certificate of Analysis (CoA)?
Batch-specific CoAs are published in our CoA Library. We recommend reviewing the relevant CoA before ordering, especially if you're comparing batches over time.
What happens if a CoA isn't available yet for a product I've ordered?
Some newly listed batches may show as pending in the CoA Library while third-party testing is finalised. Contact us if you need confirmation before your order ships.
Section 04
Storage & Handling
How should research peptides be stored?
Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored in a freezer at -20°C, protected from light, until reconstitution. Once reconstituted, store at 2-8°C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
What do I need to reconstitute a peptide?
Most researchers use bacteriostatic water (see our BAC Water page) and fine-gauge syringes for accurate measurement. Always follow your institution's standard reconstitution protocol.
How long does a reconstituted peptide remain stable?
This varies by compound. As a general reference point, most reconstituted peptides remain stable for up to 28 days when refrigerated at 2-8°C, but always check the specific product page or CoA for batch-specific guidance.
